Curry Chicken review by Ayialindquist

We had Dat Jerk Crofton cater our wedding last weekend and it was phenomenal. We had a full Caribbean spread of Curry Chicken, Honey Jerk Salmon, Oxtails, Rice and Peas, Plantains, Mac and Cheese, Salad, Coco Bread, and Roti. All of the food was delicious and fueled the party perfectly. For the cocktail hour we served their beef and spinach patties, which were a hit as well. The food was amazing but the customer service was exceptional - from initially reaching out, to choosing menu items, to figuring out the catering plan - Mary and the Crofton team were prompt, kind, and helpful. As a Caribbean girl I felt right at home working with them and enjoying all the food, I fully recommend them for your next event!

Bowl It review by Shem

It was my first time going there which I saw a TikTok of it first so since I was in the area I said let me check it out even though I didn't intend to spend at least $20 on a meal t the time but I spent more and I don't regret it. But I had a bowl with oxtails and rice and a side of cabbage which I haven't tried yet I'm going to take it to work for lunch. I also got roti with jerk chicken and plantains inside with bbq sauce and it was tantalizing which I never used that works before but it's definitely needed. It was amazing I have to go back to get that again or try oxtail in the roti and I have to try the Mac & cheese and my fav thing beef patty and cocoa bread. This place is definitely recommended it giving a chipotle type thing with the roti wrap vybz but way better definitely spreading the word.

Our Authentic Jerk Chicken review by Deena

They messed up my order, I asked for rice and beans, they gave me white rice. I asked for cabbage they gave me sweet plantains. I ordered for my husband. He dislikes sweet plantains for the jerk I ordered dark meat they gave me whit meat. He dislikes white meat. It was a poor experience. My 1st time there & the oxtail was not tender. It was tough. Am upset because it was a waste of almost 39.00. I could not drive back because they were closed and I live 30 minutes away.

Jerk Meatloaf review by Acstevensonjr

I went in not even knowing what to expect from jerk meatloaf… and walked out wondering why I've never had it before. Dat Jerk really did something different with this one. It's like they took a classic comfort food and gave it a bold Caribbean twist that just works. The meatloaf was tender, juicy, and packed with that signature jerk flavor—smoky, slightly spicy, and full of seasoning in every bite without being overpowering. What surprised me most was how well-balanced it was. You still get that hearty, homestyle feel of traditional meatloaf, but then the jerk spices kick in and completely elevate it. It's familiar but at the same time feels like a whole new experience. Honestly, this might've been the standout for me just because I didn't see it coming. If you're thinking about trying it—do it. This is one of those dishes that changes your expectations in the best way.
